Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Secure Print stations and the website at https://www.secureprintingservices.com operated by Secure Printing Services, Inc. ("Secure Print," "we," "us," or "our"). By using our stations or website, you agree to these Terms.

1. Use of the Service

Secure Print provides self-service document printing at government facilities. You may use our stations and website for lawful purposes only. You agree not to:

• Upload, print, or transmit any content that is illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or infringing on any third party's intellectual property rights
• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to our systems, other users' sessions, or facility infrastructure
• Reverse engineer, decompile, or tamper with any station hardware or software
• Use the service for any commercial mass-printing operation or resale of printed materials
• Introduce malware, viruses, or other harmful code via file uploads

We reserve the right to terminate or restrict access to any user or session that violates these Terms, without prior notice.

2. Your Documents

You retain all ownership rights to documents you upload. By uploading a document, you represent and warrant that:

• You own the document or have the right to print it
• The document does not infringe any copyright, trademark, or other intellectual property right
• The document does not contain malicious code or content intended to harm our systems

We do not review the contents of your documents. Documents are processed solely to render a print job and are automatically deleted within 24 hours of your session ending. See our Privacy Policy for full data handling details.

3. Payments

Print jobs are priced per page and displayed on screen before you confirm your order. By completing payment you agree to the displayed price. All payments are processed securely by Stripe. We do not store your payment card details.

Refunds. Because print jobs are fulfilled immediately and physically, we generally do not issue refunds once a job has been sent to the printer. If your job fails to print due to a technical error on our end, please contact us at contact@secureprintingservices.com and we will make it right.

4. Availability & Service Interruptions

We aim to keep our stations and website available at all times, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted access. Stations may be temporarily unavailable due to maintenance, hardware issues, network outages, or circumstances beyond our control. We are not liable for any inconvenience or loss resulting from downtime.

5. Intellectual Property

The Secure Print name, logo, website design, software, and station interface are owned by Secure Printing Services, Inc. and protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from our materials without our prior written consent.

6. Disclaimer of Warranties

The service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be error-free, secure, or continuously available.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Secure Printing Services, Inc. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of (or inability to use) the service — including but not limited to loss of data, loss of documents, or business interruption — even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Our total liability for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific print job giving rise to the claim.

8. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States and the state in which the relevant facility is located, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any disputes shall be resolved in the federal or state courts of competent jurisdiction.

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. When we do, we will update the Effective Date at the top of this page. Continued use of the service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. Material changes will be communicated to facility partners directly.
